 We designed a plastic boat for design and economy reasons. Plastics
were great due to the molding possibilities, but the plastic design was thrown out due to warping and structural changes caused by the sun. The
materials used did not pass quality expectations. However, we gained a new
bottom and transom design that increased stability and provided more durability. The plus was the weight at 70lbs, but did not satisfy
structural or lifespan requirements. |
